Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using IT Resource Zone. These terms govern your access to and use of the platform, including exams, leaderboards, resources, planner tools, notifications, account features, and admin-protected areas.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Agreement

By accessing or using IT Resource Zone ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of the Platform

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use IT Resource Zone. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and devices. You must not share your account, push subscription, or admin access with others or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and using the platform. Impersonating another person or entity is strictly prohibited.

3. Exam Rules & Academic Integrity

Honest Participation

You agree to complete live exams honestly and independently. Sharing protected questions or answers, using unauthorized aids, or attempting to bypass attempt controls during a live session is prohibited and may result in score removal or account suspension.

No Cheating

Attempting to manipulate scores, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users' exam sessions is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account termination.

Score Integrity

Leaderboard rankings and scores are intended to reflect genuine exam performance. We may investigate suspicious activity, remove invalid submissions, and restrict accounts when platform integrity is affected.

4. Intellectual Property

Platform Content

Exam questions, explanations, platform copy, graphics, logos, UI design, and original materials on IT Resource Zone are owned by IT Resource Zone or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or create derivative works from protected platform content without permission.

Third-Party Resources

The resource library may link to or embed YouTube videos, PDFs, images, files, or external websites. Those materials remain subject to their owners' rights, licenses, and terms. Access through IT Resource Zone does not transfer ownership or grant extra rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You Must Not

Use the platform for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access; attack, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls; upload or transmit malicious code; scrape private or protected data; automate abusive requests; manipulate scores; or interfere with exams, notifications, resources, APIs, or admin tools.

Consequences

Violation of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without prior notice or refund of any kind.

6. Disclaimers

No Warranty

IT Resource Zone is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Educational Purpose

The exams, planner, analytics, notifications, and resources are provided for educational and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee that content matches any current official certification, school syllabus, job requirement, or external examination standard.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IT Resource Zone and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of scores, or loss of opportunity.

8. Termination

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, remove submissions, or restrict features for violations of these Terms of Service or integrity concerns. You may delete your account from the Profile page where available or by contacting itresourcezone@gmail.com.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
